About KJ Dismute – Founder of First Choice RDI:
With over 25 years of experience in maintenance, Kendal “KJ” Dismute brings deep expertise, discipline, and precision to every project. His career began in the military as an HVAC technician, where he also led teams in safety, training, and operations, eventually serving as a 1st Sergeant and HR expert.
After retiring from military service, KJ transitioned to the RV industry, managing and servicing a fleet of 38 travel trailers and motorhomes as both General Manager and RV Technician. His passion for quality living spaces also led him to become an interior designer and a licensed real estate agent.
KJ holds both federal and national security clearances, with a spotless legal history. His unique blend of technical skill, leadership, and design insight ensures that every job — from home repairs to RV maintenance — is handled with professionalism and care.
